1. Go to Setting page by clicking on “Settings” . 
2. You will see the Account Information form.

Account Information

Full Name:
Enter the full name of the user

Email Address:
Enter a valid email address

Username:
Enter the desired username for your user

New Password:
Enter the new password for the user

Country:
Select the country of origin

Timezone:
This is a very important parameter, you must remember that the correct timezone selection is crucial for the user as the scheduling of campaigns will be based on this same timezone. If you choose the wrong timezone the scheduling of the campaigns will generate unwanted results.

Language:
This option will allow you to set the language for the user, by default MailsDaily comes with a single language (English).

The Agency interface is divided into five parts

1. Main navigation
   The main functions to navigate are the 1st three tabs – Dashboard – an overview, My Clients – user settings, Transaction History – payment information/reports. These can be seen in the above screen shot. These tabs will help you navigate through different parts of the MailsDaily’s Admin Interface. Dashboard tab is the landing page where you are redirected after logging into your admin area – this will give you the system overview and quick statistical data.
2. Settings, Logout & Help
   Using the functions on the top right hand corner, you will be able to modify and fine tune your MailsDaily backend settings. Use the Logout button to log out of the system.
3. Quick Access
   Quick Access menu will help you perform the function of creating a new user account.
4. Statistical Dashboard
   This section will give you a quick statistical overview of the data for the overall system. You will be able to track Delivery Forecast, Delivery History, Active Users, Online Users, Bounces, Spam Complaints and the list of recent campaigns.

1. To create your client/user, go to My Clients tab.
2. Click on the “Create Client” button on the extreme right
3. The first tab you will see is the Account Information form and the second tab, Billing Information will allow you to add Credit information about the user you are going to create.

Account Information

Agency Name:
Select the user group for your user, the selected group’s limits will be applicable.

Client Name:
Enter the client name of the user

Logo:
Upload the logo of the user

Type:
choose the type of the user

Firstname:
Enter the first name of the user

Lastname:
Enter the last name of the user

Username:
Enter the desired username for your user

Password:
Enter the password for the user

Email Address:
Enter a valid email address

Country:
Select the country of origin

Timezone:

Credit Limit Per Month:
You can set a monthly credit limit for your client. The client account will not be able to send out any more emails once the limit has been reached for each month

Credit Limit Per Campaign:
You can set a per campaign credit limit for your client. The client account will not be able to send out any more emails once the limit has been reached for each campaign

One Time Credit Limit:
You can set a One Time credit limit for your client. The client account will not be able to send out any more emails once the limit has been reached

Credit Threshold:
This is to set credit’s threshold for your client. The system will send a notification to you if available credit of client is lower than his credit threshold.

When you are done adding the above information – simply hit the “Create Client” button found at the bottom of the screen.

MailsDaily breaks bounce messages down into three different types:

About “other” bounces: In the future we may build a quarantine facility for email addresses that consistently fail with “other” bounces. The reason is as follows: If an email address bounces with an “other” bounce every time we send to it, then there is no point in continuing to send to it, which may just bother the ISP. To solve this problem, instead of removing the email address from the list, the email address would be placed in a quarantine that would prevent you from sending to that email address. When this happens, you would be notified of the quarantine, and after fixing the root delivery problem, you could easily release the email addresses from quarantine.

Bounce Codes

Bounce messages are categorized into different bounce codes. Each code has a default type (Hard, Soft or Other).

29 – Soft bounce – Unable to connect

This is a soft bounce where we were unable to connect to the remote server. If there are many bounces with this code for a single domain, this usually means that the domain in not working or that the domain is blocking your mail server.

59 – Mail block – Unable to connect

This is a bounce where we were unable to connect to the remote server (much like code 29), however this is to a large domain name, so we are reasonably confidant that the domain name did not cease to exist, but that they are blocking all connections from your IP address. Some large domains, when blacklisting, will completely block your IP from connecting to their servers.

110 – Over MailsDaily throttle limit

This bounce happens when a message has been in the queue past the queuelifetime limit, is scheduled for a delivery attempt, but that delivery attempt is can not be made because it would go over the configured throttle settings for that ISP or Relay Server (a connmaxout failure).

120 – Queue dumped

This is a bounce where MailsDaily was told to dump the messages in the queue. All the messages dumped from the queue will bounce with this code.

121 – Delivery paused then message expired

This is a bounce where MailsDaily was told to pause delivery of messages in a queue. After the maximum retry time the messages are bounced, and they are bounced with this code.
